Cozy Cider Tea

This is a cozy immune boosting cider tea - perfect for the start of fall and easy to tailor to your taste.

Cider 'Tea'
1 cup warm water
1-2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (like Bragg's brand)
1 squeeze lemon
1 drizzle raw honey
1 pinch cinnamon

Optional Add-Ins
Bag of herbal tea (such as Traditional Medicinals Throat Coat)
Few slices of raw ginger
Lemon or Orange peel
Turmeric + black peppercorns
Collagen powder (hydrolysed is easiest! I use Great Lakes brand)

Boil water and pour into a mug with the lemon, honey, cinnamon and add-ins. Whisk in collagen. Let steep 5-10 minutes. Add Apple Cider Vinegar when tea has cooled a bit. Adjust add-ins to taste!
